For more than eighteen years, I have built and led high-performing fundraising campaigns, sales & deliverables teams and efforts that generate record results and create durable systems for long-term sustainability. This work has become the core of my professional identity.

It began, unexpectedly, in corporate sales. Early in my career, I thrived in competitive national sales environments, consistently outperforming targets and navigating complex stakeholder landscapes. While those roles sharpened my ability to listen, diagnose motivations, map decision-making dynamics, and drive outcomes through influence rather than authority, they also revealed a deeper strength: the ability to translate vision into action by aligning people around a shared goal. What started as commercial success became the training ground for a more mission-driven career focused on impact rather than transactions.

I have been blessed to create, oversee and serve as the principle fundraising agent for campaigns that have secured more than $150 million through local, national and international donations. My career is highlighted by the stewarding of multiple eight-figure and seven-figure transformational gifts and the long-term relationships I have created and sustained with visionary donors. I am fortunate to have been tasked with building operational development frameworks that have strengthened pipelines, forecasting, and accountability. I have partnered closely with donors, foundations, boards and executive leadership, repeatedly elevating fundraising performance not only through inspiration, but through disciplined strategy and infrastructure. My approach integrates data, systems, and emotional intelligence to create sustained investment and organizational momentum.

I attribute my longevity and success to a deep commitment to purpose, community, and measurable impact. Working in values-driven organizations has allowed me to steward resources that create lasting change, and it has been the most meaningful and motivating chapter of my career.
